GFS software
Goldfinger Systems Pty Limited was incorporated to develop and license GFS, a fully integrated general ledger and payroll software accounting package designed primarily for the management of film, TV, Theatre and TVC production budgets.
It includes the following modules:
General Ledger – stand alone or multi-user, general journal, petty cash, trial balance, statement of investor(s) funds, P&L, balance sheet
Creditors – commitment or purchase order entry, enter paid invoices and/or invoices for auto cheque write or EFT
Payroll – cast, crew, extras, all fringes, payment summary preparation, reporting and electronic lodgement, interface and upload into US packages – Vista, Visual Max & PSL
Cost Reporting – episodic and periodic reporting, multi currency, automatic narratives
Creditors, Wages and Petty Cash batches can all be modified before posting.
GFS has been used on over 300 feature film, MOW, episodic TV series, mini series, documentary, theatre and music tour productions with budgets of $100,000 to $150,000,000 produced in various countries around the world.
